Obama's First Day at White House

Despite 12 hours differences I drag my feet to keep watching his moves as late as 2 o'clock in morning! As I left for the office this morning, the news has repetitively shown his inaugural ball. On another segment he was briefing his staffs as they were sworn in, to address the wage freezing for those staff who had more than 100 thousands dollars income per-annum. As well as for the first time ever enforced a strict rule on his staffs not to engage any lobbying activities during and after two years of their serving.

He also did deliver his promise by instructing to close Guantanamo Bay facility, immediately canceling his predecessor's controversy policy. It is a clear message that he really mean business as his promised on presidential campaign. Directly on screen it is very evident that both him and Biden were trying hard to grasp the White House's Protocols. Asking a bunch of direction to the officer in charge. Some gestures are put out as if they are making the fun of it to the extend creating a joking aura! While this happening the media are allowed to keep broadcasting.

This shows great effort on behalf of them to convey the "Change" and "Transparency" message across the global audiences, which Obama keeps repeating iteratively. Nevertheless it also opens up the fact that even for such dignitaries they are still a normal human being. And I could not help by asserting myself of such perceived image.

For his cabinet, Hillary as we all expect gets a majority node from senate to become state secretary. While on the other hand Tim Geithner despite of winning a lot of simphaty has received harsh remarks from many, mostly Republican. This is a truly democratic way of messages that the American try to potray!

Messages which are conceived enthusiastically around the globe as reported on many news agencies, even on Aljazeera. I myself find this quite entertaining despite of less sleeping hours for two consecutive days, starting from the onset of inauguration process.

Many anchor presenters did expect him to deliver speech as famoust as those of Roosevelt 's and Kennedy's. Though he may not did so to this expectation, yet he did deliver one quite distinctly outstanding in his own way. As Obama is known for his care to give attention to everyone regardless and being a centralist himself, his speech is no less influential!

One surprising remark was describing that his own Grandma was too frightened to cross the street seeing a man of his skin! He never touch such racist issue during his campaign, yet he took the courage to highlight his achievement's examplary. And further strengthen the "You can Change" slogan, as he dwell in on such issue. "50 years ago a man like us would not be served for a food in a restaurant, yet now Barack Hussein Obama is the 44th American President", is another phrases of him which I requote to my interpretation.

"So, you can!". There was another standing ovation for him then.
